An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Loto8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

Loto8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Loto8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Loto8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Loto8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Loto8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, Loto8 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Loto8 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
